You will need a T6 Torx screwdriver to open the SD door. If you need one, call the office at (941) 539-5293.
Step 1: Make sure the camera is powered off and all lights are off.
Step 2: Unscrew the door on the right side of the camera using a T6 Torx screwdriver. If you don’t have one, call the office at (941) 539-5293.
Step 3: Open the door. You should see two black SD cards labeled 1 and 2.
Step 4: Depending on which SD slot the error is coming from, press on that SD card. You should hear it click and it will pop up.
Step 5: Press the popped-up SD card down until you hear it click again, locking it in place.
Step 6: Close the door and screw the screw back in.
Step 7: Start the truck to power on the camera. You might still receive an alert from the previous historic state, but if the SD alert continues, call the office at (941) 539-5293.
